Almon Blair has been with RGC for 11 years and has been an integral part of the company's growth in the Northwest Arkansas area. His responsibilities include the estimation of potential projects, project management and personnel development. Almon oversees operations for the Northwest Arkansas Division.

John Garrett Whiteside, Client Services/Assistant Project Manager
John Garrett Whiteside joined the RGC team after earning his Bachelor's degree in small business management from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. His focus is on client services as well as project management. John Garrett assists RGC's project leadmen by taking care of scheduling, expediting and all pre-construction activities. He is committed to developing relationships and helping RGC to broaden its project portfolio.

Brad Stratton Assistant Project Manager
Brad Stratton became part of the RGC team in February 2005. He received a bachelor's degree in marketing management from the University of Central Arkansas. Brad will handle all logistical responsibilities as he assists in expediting RGC's project schedules. He will be involved in daily operations and employee development. Brad's experience in the field as well as his management background will prove to be a valuable asset to RGC's success.
