AWARENESS
Weekly safety meetings are held at each job site to inform all workers and trades of potential safety hazards that may be encountered during the upcoming week.

RESPONSIBILITY
RGC's Lost Time Prevention Program helps us learn from accidents. When an accident does occur, the incident is investigated and steps are taken to inform our workforce how to avoid this situation in the future.

REWARDS
All RGC employees are responsible for safety. As our safety record improves, our overhead is reduced. In recognition of this cost reduction, periodic bonuses are distributed to employees for their efforts in promoting the safety program.
